MEET THE AUTHOR
I started blogging when I was 15 while I was still trying to self-discover, and unless you go back in time, there is not a chance that you will find anything remotely written by a younger version of me. This is the most evolving blog that probably carries the biggest void. I have a background in Public Relations and I have been exploring the field minutely here in the Maldives. I am a walking oxymoron. Despite my background, I am not a digital junkie and there is a sense of empowerment to that. Well at least for me. Some would say, knowing the web and media landscape, I had seen enough. My true calling lies in writing, movie analysis and continuously discovering my own brand whether it be personally or professionally. I could list the awards and the honors I have achieved till date, but I would say that my truest achievement was learning to overcome imposter syndrome and being honestly and genuinely masterful to the art of being 'unanxious'.
WHAT I WISH TO DO FOR MYSELF
To let go and be authentically me. When I am 30, there shall be no regrets.

4. Frozen Sweet Bites

Hello Dolls & Gents,

My frozen sweet bites are super easy to make.

Ingredients:

Matcha powder/ Yoghurt/ Cream cheese

Cornflakes/other cereal

Fruit/granola for topping

Butter

Start by mashing the cornflakes until they are smooth granules.Melt the butter and add about a few teaspoons to the cornflakes and give it a good mix. Then, you will want to take an ice cube tray and line the base with the cornflakes mixture. Freeze the base for 15 minutes. While the base is freezing, prepare the second layer.

For:

Cream cheese- cream the cheese and add a hint of vanilla extract.

Yoghurt- you can use any yoghurt of your choice. Less sugar, and fake flavoring and preservatives…the better.

Matcha- mix matcha powder with a bit of warm water and add a hint of almond milk and honey.

Once, the cereal base has become solid. Move on to adding the second layer of your choice. Do not fill the layer to the rim of the tray. Leave about half an inch for toppings. Now, freeze the second layer for 15 minutes before adding toppings.

After the second layer has become solid, proceed to topping with fruits, coconut shreds, granola etc… In this case, I have used Muesli to top a matcha base.

Thank you so much for reading this post.
