Here is the recipe for my dumpling dipping sauce.
Ingredients:
Chili flakes
Dried oregano
Lime juice
There isn’t much rocket science here. Mix the 3 ingredients and
serve with fried or boiled dumplings. I like to fry my pre-made dumplings for 3 minutes
while turning them on all sides. And when I boil them, I boil them for 4-5
minutes. If I am making loads of dumplings at once, I stir them occasionally.
